Send Through Your Scanner

  • 3Shape Communicate — search for Willy's American Dental Crown and Bridge

  • iTero — add us as a connected lab in MyiTero

  • Medit Link — invite us as a partner lab

  • CEREC Connect — add Willy's to your lab list

  • Carestream / CS Connect — connect via the CS Connect portal

  • Dexis IS / DEXIS Connect — share via Dexis cloud

  • Shining — add Willy’s in the Shining portal

  • Straumann — through Straumann CARES Connect

  • Alliedstar - connect with us through their portal

Don't see your scanner here? Call us — we likely already work with it. If not, we'll get connected.

What To Include

For every case, please send:

  • Patient ID / case identifier

  • Tooth number(s)

  • Restoration type and material preference

  • Shade (and shade photos if available)

  • Occlusal scan and bite registration

  • Margin marked, if preferred

  • Due date or "as soon as possible"

  • Any special instructions (contacts, contour, characterization, etc.)

What Happens Next

Once we receive your case, we'll confirm receipt and flag anything that needs clarification. Standard single-unit crowns ship back within 3–5 business days. We'll let you know up front if a case needs more time.
