What To Include
For every case, please send:
Patient ID / case identifier
Tooth number(s)
Restoration type and material preference
Shade (and shade photos if available)
Occlusal scan and bite registration
Margin marked, if preferred
Due date or "as soon as possible"
Any special instructions (contacts, contour, characterization, etc.)
What Happens Next
Once we receive your case, we'll confirm receipt and flag anything that needs clarification. Standard single-unit crowns ship back within 3–5 business days. We'll let you know up front if a case needs more time.
